International Orders: We do not currently accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
Refund
If something’s gone wrong with an item you’ve bought, you may be entitled to a refund.
You’ll have legal rights if the item you bought is:
- broken or damaged (‘not of satisfactory quality’)
You won’t have any legal rights if:
- it was damaged by wear and tear, an accident or misuse
- you knew about the fault before you bought the item
- you’ve just changed your mind
- Neglect or reject to pay custom fee when goods arrive at destination which leads to product return
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
